James John Lomeo's primary focus is in the area of real estate law. Mr. Lomeo has represented national banks, state banks, real estate agents, mortgage bankers and mortgage brokers for over 35 years. He has been recognized by Stewart Title Guaranty Company as their outstanding title agent in Western Pennsylvania. Lomeo Law Offices has performed closings in almost every Pennsylvania County west of Harrisburg.
In addition, Mr. Lomeo has a diverse background and experience "outside of real estate law". He spent two years as an Assistant District Attorney and another two years as an Assistant County Solicitor for Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. He also has solved local and municipal issues as Mayor of Monroeville, Pennsylvania and Chairman of Monroeville Planning Commission.
James John Lomeo is a member in good standing with the Pennsylvania Bar Association and Allegheny County Bar Association.
